Local Cheese, Made With Love

Inspired by the magnificent Rogue Valley for over 85 years, the Rogue Creamery’s cheeses mirror the beauty and flavors of the land. You will taste the essence of Southern Oregon in each of their organic, handcrafted cheeses.

You can also purchase the best cheese in the world right here in Southern Oregon. At the 2019 Annual World Cheese Awards, the Creamery joined more than 3,800 cheeses from 42 countries. After tasting each submission, expert judges chose Rogue River Blue as the World Champion. This was the first time an American-made cheese received this illustrious honor.

When you are in Southern Oregon, you’ll experience the Creamery’s dedication to the art of cheese craftsmanship. And don’t forget to try their famous grilled cheese — it’s a local favorite!

Crisp & Elegant Wines

Named after the first son of owners David Traul and Lena Varner, Ledger David Cellars’ wines perfectly complement their neighbors’ chocolates and cheeses.

David and Lena are passionate about winemaking, which is apparent in each one of their liquid creations. The couple’s desire to enter the wine industry grew from a combination of their love for food and wine, and a yearning to create something beautiful from the land. Once they found the location that would later become the Varner-Trail Vineyard, everything else was history.

Ledger David invites visitors to relax at the cozy Le Petit Tasting Room and enjoy single vineyard estate wines including their signature Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc, Sangiovese, Tempranillo and much more. Because nothing goes better with a gourmet grilled cheese sandwich and luscious truffles than a glass or two of local wine.
