Located in the heart of the Rogue Valley, Rogue Jet Boat Adventures is just minutes from downtown Medford. But as you leave the urban city center behind, you’re transported to the most beautiful, untouched sections of the upper Rogue River.
Rogue Jet Boat Adventures shares the historical message of the Table Rock area and offers a thrilling jet boat experience which exposes guests to the area’s beautiful scenery and wildlife. Their goal is for guests to leave with a new appreciation for the history of the Rogue Valley and its rich cultural stories.
Rogue Jet Boat Adventures departs from TouVelle State Recreation Site seven days a week, and their season runs from May through mid-September.
Their jet boat tours are 2.5 hours long, departing at 9:30 a.m.,12:15 p.m., 3 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. All ages are welcome, and the back rows of the boat are reserved for families with babies, the elderly, or those that are pregnant. Depending on bookings, tour sizes range from 5-25 passengers per boat.
Each Discovery Tour starts at Touvelle State Park where the first hour is spent exploring upriver, with a turnaround point at Rattlesnake Rapids. You then go to Discovery Park for a 45 minute layover with time for bathroom breaks, optional adventure activities, a souvenir arrowhead hunt, picnicking, or time to relax before the rest of the tour.
Rogue Jet Boat Adventures also welcomes guests to bring their own picnic items on the boat in a small cooler. Snack foods including ice cream, drinks, wine, beer and cider are available for sale at the Discovery Park Gift Shop.
